The aim of the Erasmus+ meeting was international cooperation, cultural exchange and a deeper understanding of the topic of sustainability. Based on the survey, the participants gave mostly positive feedback and felt that the program met their expectations in every respect.
1.1 Outreach and communication
– 73.9% of students stated that prior contact via WhatsApp went “very well”, while 26.1% rated it as “good”.
– Communication within the group was also rated positively (73.9% “very good”, 26.1% “good”), which shows that the students were able to work well together during the project.
– One of the main objectives of the Erasmus+ program was language development: all participants were able to communicate successfully in English or German within the international group.
1.2 Group dynamics and integration
– 87% of participants felt “very comfortable” in the group, while 13% rated the experience as “good”.
– In several responses, students emphasized that they made new friends and enjoyed their time together.

2. Workshops and activities
During the project, various workshops (creation of posters, videos, podcasts) were held in which participants could actively engage with the topic of sustainability.
– 95.7% of respondents felt they were able to participate fully in the workshops, which shows that the program was well organized and accessible to all.
– Teacher support was also rated extremely positively, with 95.7% of students rating the preparation and follow-up as “very good”.
2.1 Suggestions for improving the workshops
✅ More practical tasks: Although the participants actively took part in the workshops, it would be useful to incorporate even more interactive elements, e.g. joint projects or simulation games.
✅ Language preparation courses: To ensure that everyone feels comfortable, language training could be organized in advance. Language training could be organized in advance, especially for those who feel less confident in English or German.

3. Excursions and cultural programs
During the project, the students visited many exciting places, which were rated very positively by the majority.
– 91.3% of the students found the visit to Chopok Mountain, the caves and the bison reserve “very interesting”.
– The visit to the sustainable sports complex was exciting, even if opinions differed somewhat: 52.2% found it “exciting”, while 47.8% found it “interesting”.
– The excursion to Bratislava and other city tours were also a great success.
3.1 Suggestions for improving the excursions
Plan more free time: Some students expressed the wish for more free time to be able to explore cities or the surrounding area independently.
Shorter bus journeys: Many felt that long journeys were exhausting, so it could be useful to plan more shorter excursions or to better optimize transport times.

The survey results show that the Erasmus+ week was extremely successful. Students enjoyed the programs, made new friends and actively engaged with the topic of sustainability. The most positive feedback was given in the following areas:
– Excellent group dynamics and collaboration
– High linguistic communication skills in English and German
– Successful and entertaining cultural programs
– Active participation in the workshops
– The supportive role of the teachers
