The journey has come to an end, but the memories will remain! ✨🌿

Our day began with a short but meaningful introduction to the Greek language at school — a small taste of the sound and rhythm of Greek words, which, as always, have the power to bring people from different countries closer together.

🏛️ Our next stop was the City Hall of Larisa, where we were warmly welcomed by the Mayor, Mr. Athanasios Mamakos. It was a beautiful and meaningful moment of hospitality, dialogue, and mutual appreciation — a reminder of the importance of cultural exchange and collaboration across borders. During the visit, we presented the theme of our Erasmus program, and students from all participating countries had the chance to share their impressions of our city directly with the mayor.

🕯️ Back at school, the students immersed themselves in a workshop for making Easter candles using recycled materials. Old candles were given new life as beautiful Easter symbols, combining creativity with environmental awareness and respect for sustainability.

🫒 The day continued with the unique aroma of Greek nature through a workshop on crafting aromatic edible olive oil. Herbs, spices, and the golden essence of the Greek land came together, offering a sensory journey that honored both tradition and taste.

After a week filled with activities, knowledge, creativity, and cultural exchange, the time had come to say goodbye. Our guest students and teachers were presented with souvenir gifts and certificates of participation — tokens of an experience that transcended language barriers, borders, and cultural differences, uniting hearts and minds along the way.

With their suitcases filled with memories, the scents of Greece, and new friendships, our Italian friends were the first to depart after the completion of the program’s activities, leaving behind smiles, emotional farewells, and the comforting thought that human connection is the most precious gift of all.
There were tears, heartfelt embraces, and the promise that this was not truly “goodbye.”

The program’s official activities concluded successfully, but the true essence of this Erasmus meeting cannot be captured in certificates or timetables — it lives in the moments shared, the conversations held, the glances exchanged, and the experiences lived side by side.

On Saturday morning, we bid farewell to our Slovak friends, and in the afternoon, to our Hungarian guests.

We didn’t say “goodbye” — we said “until we meet again.”
Because the journeys of the heart continue, even after the planes have taken off.

💙 We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who contributed with love, care, and kindness to making these days so meaningful and unforgettable.

Life is always more beautiful when shared.
