Communication within the group was also evaluated positively (73.9% “very good”, 26.1% “good”), indicating that the students were able to collaborate effectively throughout the project.

1.2. Group Dynamics and Integration
87% of the participants felt “very comfortable” within the group, while 13% described their experience as “good.”
In several responses, students emphasized that they made new friendships and enjoyed the time spent together.
2. Workshops and Activities
During the project, several workshops took place (creation of posters, videos, and podcasts), allowing participants to actively engage with the topic of sustainability.
95.7% of the respondents felt that they were able to fully participate in the workshops, which demonstrates that the program was well organized and accessible to everyone.
The support provided by the teachers was also evaluated extremely positively:
95.7% of the students rated the preparation and follow-up work as “very good.”
2.1. Suggestions for Improving the Workshops
✅ More practical tasks:
Although participants were actively involved in the workshops, it would be beneficial to include even more interactive elements, such as collaborative projects or simulation games.
✅ Language preparation courses:
To ensure that everyone feels comfortable communicating, language training sessions could be organized in advance, especially for those who feel less confident in English or German.
3. Excursions and Cultural Programmes
During the project, students visited many exciting places, which were evaluated very positively by the majority.
91.3% of the students found the visit to Chopok Mountain, the caves, and the bison reserve “very interesting.”
The visit to the sustainable sports complex was also engaging, although opinions differed slightly:
52.2% found it “exciting,” while 47.8% described it as “interesting.”
The excursion to Bratislava and other city tours were also a great success.
3.1. Suggestions for Improving the Excursions
More free time:
Some students expressed the wish for more free time in order to explore the cities or the surrounding areas independently.
Shorter bus journeys:
Long bus trips were considered tiring by many participants; therefore, it might be useful to plan more shorter excursions or optimize transportation times.
4. Summary and Suggestions for Improvement

Students enjoyed the program, formed new friendships, and actively engaged with the topic of sustainability.
The most positive feedback concerned the following areas:
• Excellent group dynamics and cooperation
